To summarize the nursing experience of perinatal whole-process management in a case of Eisenmenger syndrome complicated with severe pulmonary hypertension.Aiming at maternal persistent hypoxemia,cardiac insufficiency and severe pulmonary hypertension,etc.,we used step-by-step oxygen therapy support care with targeted oxygen saturation,monitored and evaluated the condition of the fetus in uterus,focused on managing perinatal volume and pressure balance,identified pulmonary hypertension crisis signs earlier and avoided predisposing factors,prevented serious complications,took personalized discharge health guidance.After 10 days of treatment and nursing,the patient's condition was stable and discharged.After 3 months of follow-up,the mother and baby were in good condition.
