To summarize the early rehabilitation nursing experience of two patients with acute severe botulism.For the myasthenic syndrome caused by botulinum toxin poisoning in two cases,the targeted early rehabilitation plan was developed by multi-discipline to ensure safety and feasibility.Dynamic assessment,joint rehabilitation measures,stepped early rehabilitation activities were implemented.We also paid attention to patients'psychological nursing to improve patients'rehabilitation compliance.After comprehensive rehabilitation treatment,two patients were discharged successfully with good prognosis.
