摘要

亚谵妄综合征是指一种介于正常和谵妄之间的精神状态,患者一般表现出谵妄的1个或多个症状,不完全满足谵妄诊断标准.该文综述了ICU护士参与亚谵妄综合征培训的理论模型、主要内容、培训效果与形式以及影响因素,旨在为ICU护士提供更加全面、规范化的培训提供参考.

Abstract

Subsyndromal delirium refers to a mental state between a normal state and delirium,which generally shows one or more symptoms of delirium and does not fully meet the diagnostic criteria for delirium.This paper reviews the theoretical model,main contents,training effects,forms and influencing factors of subsyndromal delirium training for ICU nurses,aiming at providing reference for more comprehensive and standardized training for ICU nurses.
