Objective To investigate the social responsibility of reserve nurses in disaster assistance and analyze its influencing factors.Methods 708 reserve nurses for disaster assistance were investigated by general data questionnaire,nurses'social responsibility questionnaire and nurses'sense of professional respect scale to explore the current situation of social responsibility of reserve nurses for disaster assistance and analyze the influencing factors by multiple linear regression.Results The score for reserve nurses'social responsibility was(111.91±11.36)points,and there was a positive correlation between social responsibility and the total score of professional respect and scores in each dimension(P＜0.01).Multiple regression analysis results indicated that education level,disaster rescue experience,and the total score of professional respect were factors influencing disaster assistance reserve nurses'social responsibility(P＜0.05),jointly explaining 49.5％of the total variance.Conclusion The social responsibility score of disaster assistance reserve nurses is at a high level,and nursing managers should formulate targeted training programs to strengthen the social responsibility awareness of disaster assistance reserve nurses and create a strong atmosphere of care,respect and support for nurses,so as to further improve the social responsibility level of disaster assistance reserve nurses.
