Research hotspots and development trend of emergency hospice care:a visual analysis

摘要
目的 通过对相关文献进行可视化分析,梳理研究热点,为中国急诊安宁疗护的发展提供参考.方法 检索并选取2013年1月1日-2022年12月31日在Web of Science核心合集收录的急诊安宁疗护文献,使用CiteSpace 6.2.2R软件进行可视化分析.结果 共有1429篇相关文献纳入研究,发文量呈逐年上升趋势.参与急诊安宁疗护研究的作者有298人,形成明显的核心团队.美国是发文量最多的国家,说明其在该领域的领先地位.此外,高等院校是主要的研究机构,各机构之间存在密切的交流合作.关键词分析显示,"安宁疗护""临终关怀""急诊科"等词汇代表着研究的热点方向.结论 近年来急诊安宁疗护受到持续关注,急诊安宁疗护研究范围广且较为成熟,可为中国急诊安宁疗护的发展提供借鉴与参考.
Abstract
Objective Through the visual analysis of the relevant literature,the research hotspots are sorted out to provide reference for the development of emergency hospice care in China.Methods Literature on emergency hospice care included in the Web of Science core collection from January 1,2013 to December 31,2022 were retrieved and selected,and visually analyzed using CiteSpace 6.2.2R software.Results A total of 1 429 related literature were included in the research scope,and the number of literatures was increasing year by year.The number of authors participating in the emergency hospice care study reached 298 and formed a clear core team.The United States was the country with the largest number of publications,indicating its leading position in the field.In addition,institutions of higher education were the major research institutions,and there were close exchanges and cooperation among various institutions.Keyword analysis showed that the words"palliative care","end-of-life care"and"emergency department"represented the hot direction of research.Conclusion In recent years,emergency hospice care has attracted continuous attention,and the international research on emergency hospice care is wide and relatively mature,which can provide reference for the development of emergency hospice care in China.
