Psychosocial adaptation is a process in which individuals constantly adjust themselves to adapt to environmental changes in order to maintain the best state of physical and mental environ-ment.The low level of psychosocial adaptation of patients after pacemaker implantation can lead to serious adverse events such as self-harm and suicide.This paper reviews the concepts,influencing factors and intervention measures of psychosocial adaptation,aiming to provide reference for clinical staff to implement scientific psychological guid-ance and intervention.
