This paper summarizes the nursing experience and organization management points of the nursing support medical team from a tertiary hospital in Gansu Province in the process of on-site treatment and batch transfer of earthquake casualties in Jishishan County,Gansu Province,so as to provide reference for the local treatment,emergency transport and post-transport monitoring of the critically ill injured under actual combat conditions.
