To summarize the management experience of cross-cultural nursing in emergency care in Hangzhou Asian Games.We conducted multicultural training,organized emergency drills for first aid support,built an international medical environment,compiled medical service manuals,simplified the claim settlement process for athletes'medical insurance,so as to provide high-quality and efficient medical security services for the operation of the competition,and improve medical satisfaction.It is recommended to further improve the English speaking and medical professional English proficiency of medical staff,fully leverage the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine nursing,and promote multicultural exchange.
