Objective To explore the construction of emergency rescue plan for medical support in stadiums of large-scale event activities,analyze its effect and summarize the practical experience for providing reference for the medical support in the stadiums of the same scale event activities.Methods Through in-depth analysis of the environmental and spatial layout of the stadiums in June 2023,the research team formulated a three-dimensional medical rescue plan for large stadiums and completed high simulation tests,medical emergency team in the Asian Games during the event relying on the grandstand medical special elevator to"up and down interspersed running position"three-dimensional method of care.Results All medical security staff during the opening and closing ceremonies of the Asian Games were able to arrive at the place of the incident to perform the emergency medical security services within 2 minutes,and for critically ill patients who need to be transported to realize 3～8min transfer to the pre-hospital first aid guarantee ambulance,and transfer the patients to the Asian Games designated guarantee hospital within 10 min.Conclusion The adoption of multi-dimensional rescue plan for medical support in large stadiums can expand the rescue radius of medical personnel and shorten the response time,which has achieved successful results in the medical support of the Asian Games.
