To summarize the nursing experience of a patient with pulmonary fibrosis after COVID-19 undergoing lung transplantation complicated with viral encephalopathy.In view of the complex condition,prominent encephalopathy symptoms,high bleeding risk and other problems,we adopted early warning of viral encephalopathy after lung transplantation,passive-active progressive pulmonary rehabilitation training,the platelet count orientated anti-coagulation management,dynamic immunosuppressive drugs management,and auditory verbal feedback cognitive training.After 58 days of treatment and nursing,the patient's condition was stable and discharged from hospital,and the patient was in good condition during 2 months of follow-up after discharge.
