Cardiopulmonary rehabilitation is the key to improving the quality of life and survival of children with congenital heart disease after surgery.The concept of cardiopulmonary rehabilitation and its scope of application in children with congenital heart disease in this article were discussed.We reviewed pre-cardiopulmonary rehabilitation assessments(cardiopulmonary function assessments,exercise assessments,and early nutritional risk assessments),and comprehensive cardiopulmonary rehabilitation interventions(exercise rehabilitation,nutrition management,and targeted health education methods and contents),aiming to provide a reference for the clinical formulation of personalized rehabilitation programs.
