摘要

快速反应小组(rapid response team,RRT)在全球范围内的医疗系统中被越来越多地采用和实施,护理人员教育不足是开发和合理使用RRT的障碍之一.对RRT护士进行培训,不仅可以提高其激活RRT的积极性、正确识别病情恶化的患者,还能更有效地管理重症患者.该文对国内外RRT护士培训进展进行综述,为开展RRT工作提供经验和启示,探寻适合中国的RRT培训方案.

Abstract

Rapid response team(RRT)is increasingly used and implemented in healthcare systems around the world.The deficiency of nursing staff education is one of the obstacles to the development and proper use of RRT.Training RRT nurses can not only improve their enthusiasm for activating RRT,correctly identify patients with deteriorating conditions,but also manage critically ill patients more effectively.The purpose of this paper is to review the progress of RRT training at home and abroad,to provide experience and enlightenment for conducting RRT work,and to explore a nurse-led RRT training program suitable for China.
