摘要

随着体外膜肺氧合技术(extracorporeal membrane oxygenation,ECMO)的快速发展,如何在保障ECMO支持患者转运安全的同时提高效率逐渐成为难点问题.清单作为一种廉价、高效、便捷的管理工具,在护理领域中发挥了显著作用.该文综述了ECMO支持患者转运发展概况、清单在ECMO支持患者转运中的应用研究进展及效果,分析ECMO转运清单现存问题并对未来发展方向做出展望,为转运清单在ECMO支持患者转运中的进一步应用和未来ECMO转运发展提供参考.

Abstract

With the rapid development of extracorporeal membrane oxygenation(ECMO),how to improve the efficiency while ensuring the safety of ECMO support has gradually become a key problem.As a cheap,efficient and convenient management tool,checklist has played a significant role in the field of nursing.This article reviews the development of patient transfer in patients with ECMO,the application status and effects of the checklist in the transfer of patients with ECMO,analyzes the existing problems of ECMO transfer checklist and prospects its future development,to provide reference for the further application of transfer checklist in the transfer of patients with ECMO and the development of ECMO transport in the future.
