摘要

目的探讨颅脑损伤合并颈髓损伤的早期诊断和治疗.方法回顾分析颅脑损伤合并颈髓损伤的受伤原因、临床表现及诊断治疗与转归.结果临床治愈10例,轻度颈髓功能障碍3例,高位截瘫放弃治疗、死亡各2例.结论头颈坠落伤或交通伤患者出现颈部疼痛、上肢麻木、感觉异常、或完全弛缓性瘫痪都应高度怀疑有颈髓损伤的可能.
