摘要
随着老龄化进程加速,我国老年抑郁症患病形势十分严峻.阈下抑郁症被认为是抑郁症的"临床前"阶段,与健康人相比,可能导致更高的自杀风险、疾病负担和功能损害.正确识别与评估阈下抑郁症对提高老年人心理健康水平、实现健康老龄化具有深刻意义.本文对老年人阈下抑郁症的概念、国内外的评估工具进行综述,分析比较了不同工具的内容、测验方法、适用范围,以助相关临床工作者恰当选用.
Abstract
With the accelerated population aging in China,major depressive disorder in the elderly is getting serious.Subthreshold depression(StD),considered the"preclinical"stage of depression,could cause higher suicide risk,disease burden and functional impairment.Accurate identification and evaluation of StD has profound significance to improving the mental health of the elderly and achiev-ing healthy aging.This article reviewed the concept and assessment tools of StD in China and other countries,analyzed and compared the contents,assessment methods,and scopes of application of different tools,helping the clinicians to make appropriate choice.
