摘要
脑卒中是全球第二大死因,也是失能老人的主要危险因素.预防和延缓失能是促进健康老龄化的关键.为改变"一人失能,全家失衡"的现状,国家力行开展医养结合这一具有中国特色的改革性康复工程,加强对失能老人长期照护.本文就医养结合在脑卒中失能老人康复中的应用进行综述,为脑卒中失能老人的康复应用提供参考.
Abstract
Stroke is the second leading cause of death all over the world,and also a major risk factor for disability in elderly people.Preventing and delaying disability is key to promoting healthy aging.In order to change the current situation of"one disabled,whole family out of balance",our country is vigorously carrying out a reform oriented rehabilitation project with Chinese characteristics,which combines medical care and nursing care to strengthen long-term care for disabled elderly people.In this article,we reviewed the appli-cation of integrated medical and nursing care in the rehabilitation of disabled patients after stroke in order to provide reference for their rehabilitation.
