摘要
骨性关节炎（OA）是一种多发于中老年人的慢性退行性关节疾病，膝骨关节炎（KOA）是其最常见的类型。随着世界人口老龄化程度逐渐加深，膝骨关节炎的预期发病率及其对社会产生的健康、经济负担也逐年增加。目前膝骨关节炎在临床上无法完全治愈，随着现代医学的发展走向新模式，康复理念的引入为膝骨关节炎的治疗和护理提供了更加多元的思路。本文结合国内外文献，对KOA康复治疗的现状进行分析，并比较近年来国内外康复治疗膝骨关节炎的方法及其临床效果，以期为膝骨关节炎康复方案的设计提供新的思路。
Abstract
Osteoarthritis (OA) was a chronic degenerative joint disease that often occurred in elders. Knee osteoarthritis (KOA) was the most common type. Along with the population aging, the morbidity of KOA increased year by year and caused great healthy and economic burdens on society. At present, KOA could not be completely cured clinically. With the development of the modern medical model, the introduction of the rehabilitation concept provided a more comprehensive and multifaceted idea for KOA treatment. In reference to literature published worldwide, this review analyzed the current situation of KOA rehabilitation, compared the clinical effects of different therapy, and discussed the prospect of rehabilitation of KOA in order to provide new ideas for the design of the KOA rehabilitation scheme.
