摘要

电子烟的销量在全世界范围内呈爆炸式增长.电子烟吸烟者的患癌率是非吸烟者的两倍,而口腔作为电子烟烟雾暴露的主要部位,电子烟与口腔癌的关系尚不清楚.最近的研究表明,电子烟烟液中存在多种致癌物质,可导致口腔上皮细胞DNA损伤,诱导口腔癌细胞耐药,促进肿瘤干细胞生成以及改变患者的口腔微生物环境;此外电子烟使用者的部分肿瘤标志物升高,口腔黏膜病发病率上升.本文就电子烟与口腔癌的相关关系进行综述,为口腔癌的防治提供新的思路.当前电子烟各组分在口腔癌的发生、发展中的作用尚不明确,研究其作用机制,并根据研究结果对电子烟设备进行改良或者研发新型的戒烟设备,减少相关致癌物质的释放是未来研究的方向.

Abstract

The sales of electronic cigarettes are exploding around the world.The cancer rate of electronic smokers is twice as non-smokers.and the relationship between e-cigarette and oral cancer is unclear because the mouth is the main site of e-cigarette smoke exposure.Recent studies have shown that there are a variety of carcinogens in electronic cigarette liquid,which can cause DNA damage in oral epithelial cells,induce drug resistance in oral cancer cells,promote the proliferation of cancer stem cells and change the oral microbiota.In addition,some tumor markers of e-cigarette users increased,and the incidence of oral mucosal diseases increased.This paper reviews the relationship between electronic cigarettes and oral cancer,The goal is to provide new ideas for the prevention and treatment of oral cancer.At present,the role of each component of electronic cigarettes in the occurrence and development of oral cancer is still unclear.In order to reduce the release of carcinogens,it is important to study its mechanism and improve cigarette equipment or create new smoking cessation equipment.
