Objective To analyze the application effect of standardized management throughout the entire process in the management of elderly electrocardiogram monitoring and tooth extraction in the outpatient department of oral surgery.Method The stage is from January to Octob'er 2023,with a total of 360 subjects included in the study,all of whom were patients undergoing tooth extraction under electrocardiogram monitoring in the oral surgery outpatient department.They were randomly selected Sampling method was used for grouping,with the control group using electrocardiographic monitoring for tooth extraction management and the observation group using standardized management throughout the entire process.The management of the two groups was compared effect.Results The results showed that the heart rate,blood pressure fluctuations,and anxiety levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P＜0.05)The intention rate was 99.7%higher than the control group's 85.7%,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion By implementing standardized full process management,there areOptimized the process of extracting teeth for elderly patients with electrocardiographic monitoring,shortened the appointment time for electrocardiographic monitoring extraction,and thus helped improve the prognosis and efficiency of tooth extraction for elderly patients,enhance the patient's medical experience.
