Objective To investigate and analyze the design styles of removable partial stored with removable partial denture Methods A total of 553 elderly patients with removable partial dentures were selected to use curved ring removable partial dentures. The base of the remaining teeth in poor condition was cast mesh base,and were followed up at 1 month,6 months and 1 year after wearing. The masticatory function,retention and stability,speech pronunciation and comfort of the denture were investigated with a questionnaire to compare the satisfaction of the patients after restoration.Results The elderly patients who use these design of denture were changed will have a better chewing function,retention,stability,The elderly patients are particularly satisfied with the flexible removal and the reuse of dentures. Conclusions The denture of casting frame with mesh base plate and wrought-wire clasp is a suitable method for elderly patients.
