摘要
特应性皮炎(AD)是一种临床常见的慢性、复发性、炎症性皮肤病.近年来老年人群中AD患病率逐渐上升.因衰老和合并基础疾病等原因,老年AD在病因、发病机制以及临床表现等多方面均具有自身的特异性,也给老年AD的诊断及治疗带来困难.本文就老年AD的定义、病因及发病机制、临床表现及相关治疗研究进展进行综述.
Abstract
Atopic dermatitis(AD)is a chronic,recurrent and inflammatory skin disease commonly seen clinically.In recent years,the incidence of AD in the elderly population has gradually increased.Due to factors such as aging and underlying diseases,AD in the elderly exhibits unique features in etiology,pathogenesis,and clinical manifestations,which also pose certain difficulties in its diagnosis and treatment.This article reviews research progress related to the definition,etiology,pathogenesis,clinical manifestations and treatment of AD in the elderly.
