摘要
尊严疗法是一种新型的个体化心理治疗,其目的是提升临终患者的尊严感,减轻生命末期患者亲友的精神心理痛苦.尊严疗法在我国老年安宁疗护中的应用与研究尚处于探索阶段,现对尊严疗法的相关应用研究进行概述,为尊严疗法在老年安宁疗护中的应用提供理论依据.
Abstract
Dignity therapy is a new and individualized psychotherapy to improve dignity for terminally ill patients and reduce psychological distress of their family and friends.In China,the practice and research concerning dignity therapy for elderly patients in hospice care are still in an exploratory stage.Here we summarize research on the implementation of dignity therapy,in order to provide a theoretical basis for its practice in hospice care for the elderly.
