脂质代谢从脂质摄取到氧化整个过程、参与代谢过程的酶和转运蛋白,以及不同的脂质成分均参与衰老的调控.反之,衰老和长寿信号也调控脂质代谢过程.脂质代谢重编程参与衰老细胞形成和维持,脂质成分是识别衰老细胞潜在靶点,靶向干预脂质代谢可作为选择性消除衰老细胞与中和衰老相关分泌表型的可能策略.
Advance in lipid metabolism and aging
The process of lipid metabolism,from lipid uptake to oxidation,as well as the enzymes and transporters involved in lipid metabolism,and different lipids,all participate into the regulation of aging.On the contrary,aging and longevity signals regulate lipid metabolism.Lipid metabolism reprogramming is involved in the formation and maintenance of senescent cells,and lipid components are potential targets for identifying senescent cells.Intervention in lipid metabolism can serve as a potential strategy for senolytics and senmorphics.
