目的 运用文献计量学方法,探讨肿瘤麻醉学的研究现状、研究热点和发展趋势。方法 以"Propofol""Opioid""*flurane""Nitrous oxide""General Anesthesia""Local Anesthesia""Epidural Anesthesia""Nerve Block""Anesthesia""Pain relieve""Tumor"等为主题词,检索 Web of Science核心合集(WoSCC)肿瘤麻醉学建库至2023-08-18相关文献,采用VOSviewer、Scimago Graphica和R-bibliometrix等分析该研究领域发文趋势、国家合作产出、关键词分析及科学类别,通过CiteSpace进行文献共被引分析、引文突现、双图叠加。结果 最终共纳入12 832篇论著与综述,年发文量逐年上升。美国(29。7%,3 814篇)发文量居首位、中国(20。5%,2 635篇)次之,且中美之间合作最为密切。学科分类角度上,目前研究更集中在"生物学与医学"和"心理学和社会科学"两大领域。共被引分析提示目前最突出聚类为"乳腺癌"。通过引文突增、高被引文献分析展现了肿瘤麻醉学由早期缓解癌痛到现今麻醉对肿瘤手术及预后影响的知识发展脉络,高频关键词前三位依次为"患者"(1 620次)、"效果"(1 314次)、"疼痛"(729次),说明研究聚焦于癌痛治疗和肿瘤治疗效果的评估。结论 目前肿瘤麻醉学的研究数量增长迅速,美国处于领先地位,中国研究产出位居第二。该领域呈现出明显的跨学科发展趋势,它已经从生物学和医学逐渐延伸到心理学和社会科学。探索缓解癌痛的麻醉药物以及麻醉对肿瘤疗效的影响是当前肿瘤麻醉学的主要研究热点。
The development trends and hotspot analysis of oncology anesthesiology literature based on Web of Science
Objective To discuss the current status,research hotspots,and developmental trends in the field of oncology anesthesiology on an international scale using bibliometric methods.Methods We employed keywords such as"Propofol,""Opioid,""*flurane,""Nitrous oxide,""General Anesthesia,""Local Anesthesia,""Epidural Anesthesia,""Nerve Block,""Anesthesia,""Pain relief,"and"Tumor"to retrieve literature related to oncology anesthesia from the Web of Science Core Collection(WoSCC).The search was limited to publications from the inception of the database up to August 18,2023.We utilized tools including VOSviewer(version 1.6.19),Scimago Graphica,and R-bibliometrix to visualize publishing trends,national output and collaboration,keyword analysis,and scientific categories within this field.Additionally,CiteSpace(version 6.2.R3)was employed to conduct analyses of co-citations,citation burst detection,and dual map overlay.Results A total of 12,832 publications were included in this analysis,demonstrating a continuous increase in annual publications.The United States(29.7%,3,814 articles)and China(20.5%,2,635 articles)emerged as the leading countries in terms of high-quality publications,with particularly close collaboration observed between the two nations.In terms of global scientific categories,research predominantly focused on'Biology and Medicine'and'Psychology and Social Sciences.'Co-citation analysis identified the most prominent cluster as'breast cancer.'Citation bursts and highly cited literature illustrated the developmental trajectory of knowledge in oncology anesthesiology,evolving from the relief of cancer pain to understanding the impact of anesthesia on tumor surgeries and patient prognosis.The three most frequently occurring keywords were'patient'(1,620 occurrences),'effect'(1,314 occurrences),and'pain'(729 occurrences),indicating that research concentrated on cancer pain management and the evaluation of treatment effectiveness.Conclusions The publication concerning tumor anesthesia is experiencing rapid growth,with the United States at the forefront of this field,followed by China in a secondary position.The interdisciplinary nature of this field is apparent,as it has its foundations in biology and medicine while gradually expanding into psychology and social sciences.Major research themes in oncology anesthesiology include the exploration of anesthetic drugs aimed at alleviating pain associated with cancer and the application of anesthesia in tumor surgery.
