A case report of recurrent fever and hyponatremia caused by hypothalamic syndrome over a span of 12 years
Hypothalamic syndrome is a rare condition resulting from damage to the hypothalamus,which can occur due to various etiological factors.The etiology of this syndrome is complex,and its clinical manifestations are diverse.In this report,we present a case of hypothalamic syndrome characterized by recurrent fever and hyponatremia over a duration of 12 years.By analyzing this clinical case alongside relevant literature,we aim to enhance clinicians'understanding of hypothalamic syndrome.
