摘要

多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)的主要特征是雄激素过多和排卵障碍。PCOS不仅影响育龄期女性的生殖健康,而且作为一种代谢性疾病增加患者的长期健康风险。PCOS的发病机制尚不完全明确。早发现、早诊断、早治疗对于PCOS患者的预后非常重要。近期,BMJ Medicine就这一问题发表了1篇题为《多囊卵巢综合征:病理生理学和治疗机遇》的综述[Dong J, Rees DA. Polycystic ovary syndrome: pathophysiology and therapeutic opportunities. Early detection, diagnosis, and treatment are crucial for the prognosis of patients with PCOS. A review "Polycystic ovary syndrome: pathophysiology and therapeutic opportunities" was recently published in BMJ Medicine [Dong J, Rees DA. Polycystic ovary syndrome: pathophysiology and therapeutic opportunities. BMJ Medicine, 2023, 2(1): e000548]. This open-access article has been translated into Chinese. The review consolidates relevant literature, offers a comprehensive exploration of the key pathophysiology of PCOS, evaluates existing treatment modalities, and concludes by highlighting therapeutic opportunities presented by emerging drugs.
