邻苯二甲酸酯是日常生活中常接触到的塑化剂,与我们的生活密切相关,普遍存在于空气、土壤和水中.研究发现接触邻苯二甲酸酯类化合物与男性(雄性)生殖损伤相关,当邻苯二甲酸酯在体内达到一定浓度时,可导致精子数量减少、精子活力降低、生殖系统损伤与器官畸形等影响男性(雄性)生育能力.本文就邻苯二甲酸酯在人体内代谢途径,对男性(雄性)生殖系统的损伤机制以及针对邻苯二甲酸酯的拮抗作用的研究进展进行总结和展望.
Male reproductive damage caused by phthalate esters:Progress in research
Phthalate esters are plasticizers that people are often exposed to in daily life.They are closely related to our lives and generally exist in the air,soil and water.Studies show that the exposure to phthalates is associated with male reproductive damage.When the concentration of phthalates reaches a certain level in the body,it can reduce the count and motility of sperm,induce abnor-malities in the reproductive system and organs,and affect male fertility.This review summarizes the advances in the studies of the met-abolic pathway of phthalate esters in the human body,the mechanism underlying their damage to the male reproductive system and their antagonistic effect.
