Toilet revolution is related to the quality of life of grass-roots people and public health safety,and it is an important link that can not be ignored in the construction of beautiful villages.In order to improve the public health situation and solve the rural health problems,the toilet revolution initiated by the state power from top to bottom has achieved remarkable results.After the toilet reform,the implementation of the toilet reform policy in rural areas has been highly valued.Through the field investigation in D village in the south of Shandong Province,it is found that,on the one hand,there are still many hidden problems after changing toilets,including the discount of the effect leading to the public experience discount,the simple treatment of pollution transfer and treatment,the break of the traditional agricultural recycling chain caused by circulation obstruction,and so on,the task of toilet improvement is still arduous.On the other hand,toilet improvement requires reasonable choice,comprehensive use of tripartite communication governance among the government,society and villagers,increasing financial subsidies and policy publicity,improving policy flexibility,learning local knowledge and other multiple pathways,so as to better consolidate the achievements of toilet
