As we enter the new stage of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects,there is still a wide gap between urban and rural income growth rates,and the"agriculture,rural areas,and farmers"issues remain the focus of development and construction.The construction of new socialist countryside is an important task in the process of socialist modernization.The construction of new rural areas can not only effectively increase the income of farmers,but also promote the rapid development of China's agriculture.Based on the theoretical requirements of the construction of new socialist countryside,this paper takes Mianchi County of Henan Province as an example to analyze the main problems in the construction of new socialist countryside,and puts forward the ways to improve the level of scientific and technological innovation,promote the coordinated development as a whole,carry out the concept of green development,expand the pattern of opening up to the outside world,and guarantee the sharing of the fruits of development to perfect the path of the development of the new countryside,so as to open up a new pattern for the development of the new countryside economy.
