The renovation of rural living environment is not only the key basis for the implementation of the Rural Revitalization Strategy,but also the sustainable driving force to build a well-off society in an all-round way.Based on the Smith policy implementation process model,this paper takes the implementation of the policy of rural living environment in N City,Shandong Province as the research object.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the four aspects of idealized policy,implementing agencies,target groups and environmental factors in the implementation of the policy of rural living environment.Based on this,some suggestions are put forward,such as strengthening policy propaganda and preheating work,defining policy objectives,improving the cooperation ability of horizontal functional departments,strengthening the construction of grass-roots cadres,increasing villagers'sense of identity to the renovation of rural living environment,and broadening the sources of funds for the improvement of rural living environment,in order to provide reference for the smooth improvement of rural living environment.
