全球化背景下产业转型促进乡村振兴探讨——以洞庭湖区为例

全球化加剧国家区域内的不平衡发展,因此,有必要深入分析全球化对农村发展的影响.以洞庭湖区为例,分析其改革开放以来的产业转型过程.结果表明,在全球化外部力量的推动下,洞庭湖区农村发展要素相互作用进行重组,并与农村内部发展需求相结合,共同推动农村产业转型,其主要转型路径是"要素流动结构调整功能扩张".洞庭湖区农村干部的良好领导和集体经济的发展是洞庭湖区产业转型的重要催化剂.村级企业的重组赋予洞庭湖区工业发展的活力、参与全球市场竞争的能力和克服障碍的发展韧性.可以为中国乡村振兴走向全球化提供启示.
Globalization has aggravated the unbalanced development within the national region,so it is necessary to analyze the impact of globalization on rural development in depth.Taking Dongting Lake area as an example,this paper analyzes the process of industrial transformation since its reform and opening up.The results show that under the promotion of the external forces of globalization,the factors of rural development in Dongting Lake area interact with each other and combine with the needs of rural internal development to promote the transformation of rural industry.The main transformation path is"factor flow structure adjustment function expansion".The good leadership of rural cadres in Dongting Lake area and the development of collective economy are important catalysts for industrial transformation in Dongting Lake area.The reorganization of village-level enterprises gives Dongting Lake area the vitality of industrial development,the ability to participate in global market competition and the resilience to overcome obstacles,which can provide inspiration for the revitalization of China's rural areas towards globalization.
