As a strategic emerging industry in the modern agricultural industrial system,modern rural service industry is an effective way to improve the quality and efficiency of modern agriculture and enhance the endogenous power of rural revitalization.It plays an important driving,leading and supporting role in creating new supply,stimulating new demand and cultivating new kinetic energy.In recent years,Baodi District has made great progress in the development of modern rural services,but there are still some problems and bottlenecks.By combing the present situation and main results of the development of modern rural service industry in Baodi District,this paper finds out the restrictive factors that affect the high-quality development of rural service,and puts forward valuable,referable and popularizing practical measures according to the specific problems,so as to strive to form a treasure model for the high-quality development of modern rural service industry.
