The cultivation and development of new agricultural operators is an effective way to promote the reform of agricultural supply-side structure,consolidate the achievements of poverty alleviation and realize the revitalization of rural areas.In recent years,Guizhou Province has issued a series of policies and measures to support the development of new agricultural operators,the number of new agricultural operators is growing,the quality of development is gradually improved,but it is also faced with a lot of difficulties.For this reason,through on-the-spot investigation,this paper makes a detailed understanding and induction of the main difficulties faced by the development of the new agricultural management body in Guizhou,which involves the weak support of external factors such as land,funds,talents and so on.The plight of the new agricultural management subject's own development ability is insufficient and the organizational system is not perfect.On this basis,this paper puts forward the theoretical conception and specific path of further cultivating and developing the new agricultural management subject in Guizhou,in order to provide useful enlightenment for Guizhou and other underdeveloped areas to develop and strengthen the new agricultural management subject.
