涉农高职院校兼职教师资源库建设与管理研究

兼职教师是高职院校师资队伍中不可或缺的一部分.涉农高职院校相比于工科类院校、经管类院校,由于农业企业体量较小、标准化程度不高等行业特点,聘请兼职教师和建立兼职教师队伍难度更大.通过从准入机制、职业发展通道、考核与薪酬体系及管理平台等方面,探究涉农高职院校与行业企业合力建设兼职教师资源库的可持续发展路径和管理机制,提出符合涉农高职院校特点的兼职教师资源库建设思路和举措,一体化解决兼职教师从哪里来、做哪些事、如何发展及如何管理等问题,有利于帮助建立完善的兼职教师管理制度和机制.
Part time teachers are an indispensable part of the teaching staff in vocational colleges.Due to the characteristics of the industry,small number of enterprises,small size,and low standardization level,it is more difficult to hire part-time teachers and establish a team of part-time teachers in agricultural vocational colleges.By exploring the sustainable development path and management mechanism of the joint construction of part-time teacher resource pool by vocational colleges and industry enterprises from the aspects of admission mechanism,career development channel,assessment and salary system,and management platform,systematically planning and implementing overall policies,proposing ideas and measures for the construction of part-time teacher resource pool that are in line with the characteristics and development trends of agricultural vocational colleges,and integrating solutions to where part-time teachers come from and what they do there are no problems with how to develop and manage part-time teachers,which is conducive to improving the management system and mechanism of part-time teachers,and effectively playing the important role of part-time teachers in the development of the teaching staff and the construction of vocational colleges.
