基于科技小院的地方农业院校农业硕士实践创新能力培养模式研究——以江西农业大学为例

全面推进乡村振兴、加快农业农村现代化建设迫切需要掌握扎实理论知识,具备解决实际问题的实践创新能力及良好职业素养的高层次、复合型、实践型农业科技人才.地方农业高校农业硕士培养存在生源质量参差不齐、选拔机制不健全,培养目标定位不准确、培养过程同质化,质量保障机制不健全、质量评价系统不完善的困境.通过调研地方农业院校农业硕士实践创新能力的培养现状,依托科技小院阵地,构建基于科技小院的"1234"农业硕士实践创新能力培养模式,提升农业硕士实践创新能力,为全面推进乡村振兴战略实施与农业农村现代化建设提供人才保障与智力支持.
To comprehensively promote rural revitalization and speed up the construction of agricultural and rural modernization,there is an urgent need to master solid theoretical knowledge,practical innovation ability to solve practical problems and good professional literacy of high-level,compound,practical agricultural science and technology talents.There are some difficulties in the training of agricultural masters in local agricultural universities,such as uneven quality of students,imperfect selection mechanism,inaccurate orientation of training objectives,homogenization of training process,imperfect quality assurance mechanism and imperfect quality evaluation system.By investigating the present situation of the cultivation of practical innovation ability of agricultural masters in local agricultural colleges and universities,and relying on the position of small academy of science and technology,this paper constructs the training mode of practical innovation ability of"1234"agricultural master in agricultural colleges based on small academy of science and technology.To provide talent guarantee and intellectual support for comprehensively promoting the implementation of the strategy of rural revitalization and the construction of agricultural and rural modernization.
