The core of the implementation of the Rural Revitalization Strategy is the revitalization of talents.The cultivation of high-quality farmers can provide talent support for rural revitalization.Based on the analysis of the necessity of applying apprenticeship system to the cultivation of high-quality farmers from the perspective of rural revitalization,this paper summarizes the problems that high-quality farmers may face in the development of apprenticeship system:the deviation in the understanding of modern apprenticeship system among high-quality farmers,the lack of equipment and teachers for high-quality farmers to cultivate apprenticeship system,and the training effect of high-quality farmers'apprenticeship system is difficult to meet expectations.On the basis of this,this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the apprenticeship system for high-quality farmers from the perspective of rural revitalization.
