目前,中小型枣园采摘红枣的方式多为人工击打树枝,使树枝产生震动,将红枣从树枝上震动摇落.为克服农民摘枣工作效率低下的问题,通过设计一款智能采摘机解决人工摘枣这一工作效率低下的问题并且能够智能筛选出红枣果实的优劣,从而实现红枣的全自动化快速采摘.该机械可以通过采摘杆拉动树枝,使树枝产生高频震动,从而使红枣掉落并进行收集.收集后依次对果实进行初步筛选和智能筛选.智能筛选装置可以对掉落的红枣进行图像识别,提取果实表面的特征,对果实的优劣进行判别,最终输出品质优良的果实.
At present,the way of picking red jujube(also known as Ziziphus Jujuba Mill.)in small and medium-sized jujube orchards is to hit the branches manually,which makes the branches vibrate and shake off the jujube from the branches.In order to overcome the problem of low efficiency of jujube picking by farmers,an intelligent picking machine is designed to solve the problem of low efficiency of manual jujube picking and can intelligently screen out the advantages and disadvantages of red jujube fruit,so as to realize the automatic and rapid picking of red jujube.The machine can pull the branch through the picking rod,so that the branch produces high-frequency vibration,so that the red jujube falls and collects.After collection,the fruits were screened preliminarily and intelligently.The smart screening device can identify the image of the fallen jujube,extract the features of the fruit surface,and distinguish the advantages and disadvantages of the fruit,with final output of high-quality fruit.
