乡村振兴战略下农村生态环境治理路径探析

良好的生态环境是农村最宝贵的财富,也是乡村振兴的支撑点.乡村振兴的一项重要基础性工作,就是农村生态环境治理.目前存在着农村生态环境治理共同体意识淡薄、农村生态环境治理理念有待创新、农村生态环境治理法律体系不够完善和农村生态环境治理技术支持仍需加强等困境,针对当前困境,围绕生态环境治理主体、治理理念、法律体系和环境治理技术支持等方面探究生态环境治理路径,着力解决农村生态环境治理中遇到的难题,不断提升治理能力和水平,有利于加快建设宜居宜业和美乡村的步伐.
A good ecological environment is not only the most precious wealth in rural areas,but also the supporting point of rural revitalization.An important basic work of rural revitalization is the governance of rural ecological environment.At present,there are some difficulties,such as the weak consciousness of rural ecological environment governance community,the concept of rural ecological environment governance needs to be innovated,the legal system of rural ecological environment governance is not perfect,and the technical support of rural ecological environment governance still needs to be strengthened.In view of the current difficulty,this paper probes into the path of ecological environment governance around the aspects of ecological environment governance subject,governance concept,legal system,environmental governance technical support and so on.Efforts should be made to solve the problems encountered in the governance of the rural ecological environment and constantly improve the governance ability and level,which will help to speed up the construction of livable industries and beautiful villages.
