新农科背景下全产业链复合应用型人才培养体系重构研究

摘要
培养适应产业需求、引领产业创新发展的高级专门人才,是新时代新农科建设的巨大挑战.以现代产业链的理念,高校应重构新农科全产业链复合应用型人才培养体系,打破传统学院建制,建设涉农专业集群和产业专业.农业高校基于产业需求,应充分发挥学校、企业和学生三方的主观能动性,开展校企深度融合,建立"产教研融合、院团社合一"的全产业链型人才培养模式,推动产业专业人才全面发展,解决高校人才输出与企业输入有效衔接问题.基于全产业链型的新农科人才培养模式,对于提升高校办学质量和促进产业全面发展,都具有十分重要的意义.
Abstract
Training senior professionals who meet the needs of the industry and lead the innovation and development of the industry is a great challenge to the construction of new agricultural science in the new era.With the concept of modern industrial chain,colleges and universities should reconstruct the training system of compound applied talents in the whole industrial chain of new agriculture,break the traditional college establishment,and build agriculture-related professional clusters and industrial specialties.Based on the industrial demand,agricultural colleges and universities should give full play to the subjective initiative of schools,enterprises and students,carry out deep integration between universities and enterprises,and establish a full-industry chain talent training model of"integration of industry,teaching and research and integration of colleges,associations and social service".We will promote the all-round development of industrial professionals and solve the problem of effective connection between university talent output and enterprise input.The new agricultural talent training mode based on the whole industry chain is of great significance for improving the quality of running colleges and universities and promoting the all-round development of the industry.
