高质量发展背景下职业院校高素质乡村医疗人才培育路径探究

摘要
高质量发展是中国式职业教育现代化的核心主题,高素质医疗人才培养是医学教育的最终落脚点.高质量医疗人才培育的关键是发展学生职业能力,师资基础、职业素质、专业技能的优化是提升学生职业能力的主要着力点.因此,职业院校作为向社会输送高素质乡村医疗人才的主要教育基地,以提师资、重素质、强技能为切入点,实现医学教育高质量发展,为我国健康乡村建设提供有力人才和技能支撑.
Abstract
High-quality development is the core theme of the modernization of Chinese vocational education,and the training of high-quality medical talents is the ultimate goal of medical education.The key to the cultivation of high-quality medical talents is to develop students'professional ability,and the optimization of teachers'foundation,professional quality and professional skills is the main focus to improve students'professional ability.Therefore,as the main educational base for conveying high-quality rural medical talents to the society,vocational colleges take the promotion of teachers,quality and strong skills as the starting point to realize the high-quality development of medical education,so as to provide strong talent and skill support for the healthy rural construction of our country.
