Talents are fundamental to the revitalization of the countryside.As the firm agricultural developer,the new type of professional farmers is not only an important main body of rural construction,but also an important force in the construction of agricultural modernization.On the basis of expounding the necessity of vocational skill training for new-type professional farmers,this paper finds out the problems existing in skill training,and puts forward corresponding suggestions on improving the quality of skill training and making new-type professional farmers high-quality skilled labor force,so as to provide impetus for the construction of rural talents and the development of agricultural modernization,and inject new vitality into the overall realization of the Rural Revitalization Strategy.
