摘要
推进乡村振兴强调物质文明和精神文明两手抓,该文从乡村文化建设人才队伍不足、乡村文化主体地位受冲击、基层党组织推进文化建设效能有待提高 3个视角分析乡村文化建设的现实困境;聚焦坚持党的领导、培育文化建设人才队伍、丰富乡村文化传播载体等内容,提出推进乡村文化建设的路径思考,对于全面推进乡村振兴、赓续中华优秀传统文化具有重要意义.
Abstract
Promoting rural revitalization emphasizes both material and spiritual civilization.This paper analyzes the realistic difficulty of rural cultural construction from three perspectives:the shortage of talents in rural cultural construction,the impact on the dominant position of rural culture,and the efficiency of grass-roots party organizations in promoting cultural construction.This paper focuses on adhering to the leadership of the Party,cultivating the talent team of cultural construction,and enriching the carrier of rural cultural communication,and puts forward the path thinking of promoting the construction of rural culture,which is of great significance to comprehensively promote the revitalization of rural areas and continue the fine traditional Chinese culture.
