乡村振兴背景下拉萨市农村电商发展困境及对策分析

摘要
随着"电商扶贫"的不断落地发展,全国各地欠发达地区都在不断根据国家扶贫政策调整发展战略,同时在互联网的作用下电商发展也呈现出一片繁荣景象.西藏自治区是我国唯一一个省级贫困集中连片地区,所以该文主要结合实地调研资料,在分析拉萨市农村电商发展情况的同时总结发展进程中存在的利弊,进而提出相应的发展对策和建议,以期为拉萨市农村电商发展尽一份绵薄之力.
Abstract
With the continuous development of"e-commerce poverty alleviation",the underdeveloped areas all over the country are constantly adjusting their development strategies according to the national poverty alleviation policy.At the same time,the development of e-commerce is also showing a scene of prosperity under the role of the Internet.Xizang Autonomous region is the only provincial poverty-concentrated area in China,so based on the field investigation data,this paper analyzes the development of rural e-commerce in Lhasa and summarizes the advantages and disadvantages in the process of development.and then put forward the corresponding development countermeasures and suggestions,in order to make a modest contribution to the development of rural e-commerce in Lhasa.
