职业院校食品类专业链与现代农业产业链深度融合的探究

摘要
全面推进乡村振兴、加快建设农业强国,是当前我国全面建成社会主义现代化强国的重要战略部署.由于现代农业产业体系的全面构建,又因职业院校食品类专业由于自身专业属性,在教育改革过程中需全面链接现代农业产业体系.该文以广西职业院校食品类专业和广西现代特色农业产业体系构建为研究视角,全面探讨专业链与产业链之间的融合路径,并提出现阶段广西职业院校食品类专业链构建过程中,专业建设改革、教学资源优化、强化社会服务职能和多方合作协同育人等对策,以提升食品类专业链与现代农业产业链的匹配度.
Abstract
Comprehensively promoting the revitalization of rural areas and speeding up the construction of an agricultural power is an important strategic plan for our country to build a modern socialist power.Due to the comprehensive construction of the modern agricultural industrial system,and because of the professional attributes of food majors in vocational colleges,it is necessary to fully link the modern agricultural industrial system in the process of educational reform.From the perspective of the construction of food specialty in Guangxi vocational colleges and the construction of agricultural industry system with modern characteristics in Guangxi,this paper comprehensively discusses the integration path between specialty chain and industry chain,and puts forward some countermeasures,such as professional construction reform,optimization of teaching resources,strengthening social service function,multi-cooperation and cooperative education,etc.In order to enhance the matching degree between the food professional chain and the modern agricultural industry chain.
