黑龙江省农业机械化水平对农业经济的影响研究

农业机械化在加快转变农业经济发展方式、提高农业生产综合水平方面发挥重要作用.测算农业机械化水平对农业经济的影响,在生产实践中有着重要的现实意义.该文采用2012-2022年黑龙江省的13个地区的面板数据,选取农业总产值、农业机械总动力、农作物播种面积和农作物单位面积产量等变量,利用柯布-道格拉斯函数模型检验农业机械化水平对农业经济的影响,该模型通过稳健性检验;运用Hausman检验对此模型类型进行判断,得出该模型为固定效应模型.回归结果表明,农作物播种面积、农作物单位面积产量和农业机械总动力都能促进农业经济的发展,但是黑龙江省农业机械化对不同地区农业经济的增长作用是不同的.在此基础上,该文从加大政府支持力度、加强农机者的培训、创新农业机械3个方面提出提升农业机械化水平的建议.
Abstract
Agricultural mechanization has played an important role in accelerating the transformation of agricultural economic development mode and improving the comprehensive level of agricultural production.It is of great practical significance to measure the effects of agricultural mechanization level on agricultural economy in production practice.Based on the panel data of 13 regions in Heilongjiang Province from 2012 to 2022,this paper selects variables such as total agricultural output value,total power of agricultural machinery,crop sown area and crop yield per unit area,and uses Cobb-Douglas function model to test the impact of agricultural mechanization level on agricultural economy.The model passes the robustness test.Using Hausman test to judge the type of this model,it is concluded that this model is a fixed effect model.The regression results show that the sown area,yield per unit area and total power of agricultural machinery all promote the development of agricultural economy,but the effect of agricultural mechanization on the growth of agricultural economy in different regions of Heilongjiang province is different.On this basis,this paper puts forward some suggestions on improving the level of agricultural mechanization from three aspects:strengthening the government support,strengthening the training of agricultural machinery,and innovating agricultural machinery.
