摘要
该研究旨在分析高职学生返乡创业就业的决策因素.通过综合研究背景与意义、相关研究综述以及研究目的与问题,引出该研究的重要性.在研究方法部分,介绍数据源与采集方法、变量设定以及数据分析方法.随后,对高职学生返乡创业就业的决策因素进行分析,构建决策模型.通过定量分析与评估方法,对影响因素进行评估,并讨论数据结果.最后,在结论与启示部分,总结归纳高职学生返乡创业就业的影响因素,并提出政策建议和人才培养方向的启示.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to analyze the decision-making factors of vocational college students returning home for entrepreneurship and employment.Through the comprehensive research background and significance,related research review as well as research purposes and problems,this paper leads to the importance of this study.In the part of research methods,it introduces the data source and acquisition methods,variable setting and data analysis methods.Then,the decision-making factors of vocational college students returning home for entrepreneurship and employment are analyzed,and a decision-making model is constructed.Through quantitative analysis and evaluation methods,the influencing factors are evaluated,and the data results are discussed.Finally,in the part of conclusions and implications,this paper summarizes the influencing factors of vocational college students returning home for entrepreneurship and employment,and puts forward policy suggestions and enlightenment of talent training direction.
