During the"13th Five-Year Plan"period,Liangshan Prefecture made great achievements in poverty alleviation and relocation,and the reform policy that"one movegoes across a millennium"has also been widely implemented.In this paper,a questionnaire survey is used to investigate the current situation of skills training for immigrants in Liangshan Prefecture to help the poor and relocate.It is found that the current skills training policies for immigrants in Liangshan Prefecture are not in place,the quality and efficiency of skills training for immigrants is not high,and their participation in skills training is not enough.This paper also puts forward some optimization strategies to improve the effectiveness of skills training for immigrants from the level of government,training institutions and immigrants themselves.
