Grass-roots Party building plays a vital role in rural revitalization and grass-roots governance.As the foundation of Communist Party of China,grass-roots Party organizations to ensure the effective implementation of the Party's decision-making is the key force of the Rural Revitalization Strategy.The purpose of this paper is to explore the relationship between grass-roots Party building and grass-roots governance and rural revitalization,and to explore the strategies of grass-roots Party building to lead grass-roots governance and rural revitalization.First of all,it analyzes the content requirements and significance of grass-roots Party building,and understands the main work of grass-roots Party organizations.Secondly,it analyzes the internal relationship between grass-roots governance and rural revitalization and the problems faced at the present stage,in order to find out the key and difficult points of grass-roots Party building work.Finally,it analyzes the strategies of grass-roots Party building to lead grass-roots governance and rural revitalization from four aspects:grass-roots team construction,grass-roots Party organization system construction,grass-roots Party organization talent reserve,grass-roots Party organization service mechanism and grass-roots Party organization system construction.In short,strengthening Party building at the grass-roots level is the core strategy to promote rural revitalization and optimize grass-roots governance.
