摘要
我国积极推动乡村振兴,党建工作在其中扮演着至关重要的角色.该文从积分制管理视角出发,探讨党建如何引领乡村美好生活的问题,通过运用文献分析法、个案研究法、田野调查法,对全国示范村油溪桥村积分制的具体实践展开研究,分析党建工作如何通过积分制管理优化村庄管理,推进文化和乡风的建设,振兴农村经济,激发干部干事热情、提升村民生活品质等方面,为基层治理提供有效借鉴.
Abstract
Our country actively promotes the revitalization of the countryside,in which the Party building work plays a vital role.From the perspective of integral system management,this paper probes into the problem of how the Party building leads a better life in the countryside,and studies the concrete practice of the integral system in Youxiqiao village,a national demonstration village.Using the methods of literature analysis,case study and field investigation,this paper analyzes how to optimize village management,promote the construction of culture and rural style,and revitalize the rural economy through the management of integral system,so as to stimulate the enthusiasm of cadres and officers,improve the quality of life of villagers and other aspects,and provide an effective reference for grass-roots governance.
