乡村振兴视角下职业教育促进新农人返乡创业发展研究

摘要
乡村振兴的关键在于人才,然而由于之前的进城务工潮导致很多农村地区出现空心化的情况,人员稀少成为制约乡村地区发展的重要因素.想要突破人才瓶颈的制约,就需要发挥出职业教育的作用,促使更多的返乡人员具备创业的能力和素养,成为时代需要的新农人.该文就从乡村振兴的视角出发,分析职业教育在促进新农人返乡创业中所遇到的问题,并在最后提出针对性建议,以期通过该文的研究可以给新农人返乡创业的职业教育工作提供一定的参考.
Abstract
The key to rural revitalization lies in talents,however,due to the previous tide of migrant workers in cities led to the hollowing out of many rural areas,the scarcity of personnel has become an important factor restricting the development of rural areas.If we want to break through the bottleneck of talents,we need to play the role of vocational education to promote more people returning home to have the ability and literacy to start a business and become new farmers needed by the times.From the perspective of rural revitalization,this paper analyzes the problems encountered in vocational education in promoting new farmers to return home to start a business,and finally puts forward targeted suggestions.Through the study of this paper,it is hoped to provide some reference for the vocational education work of new farmers returning home to start a business.
